Mendengarkan single yang berjudul Tak Bisa Menggantimu ini, seperti mendengarkan Vagetoz dengan versi yang berbeda. Ya, single ini memang dinyanyikan oleh Teguh Permana yang tak lain adalah vokalis dari Vagetoz.

Single ini memang merupakan proyek solo Teguh di luar Vagetoz. Kebetulan, saat ini Vagetoz sedang vakum. Dan Teguh menganggap jika ini waktu yang tepat untuk merilis sebuah single.

”Sekarang waktu yang tepat untuk mengeluarkan solo karena ada sesuatu yang memaksa saya. Yang penting saya sama anak-anak Vagetoz tetap baik-baik saja. Dan Insya Allah, anak-anak pun mendukung proyek solo saya ini,” kata Teguh yang mengisyaratkan jika ia dan bandnya tersebut memang tak ada masalah.

Jika didengarkan secara seksama, proyek solo Teguh ini memang cukup berbeda dengan Vagetoz. Gaya bernyanyi pun cukup berbeda. Di proyek solonya, lelaki kelahiran 4 November 1982 tersebut berani mengeluarkan jurus yang berbeda.

”Dalam proyek ini, saya bikin beda selain nuansa musiknya. Vokal saya ada sedikit yang tidak biasa dengan apa yang saya lakukan. Ada sedikit teknik vibra yang mana di Vagetoz jarang bermain vibra,” ungkap Teguh sambil tertawa.

Tak Bisa Menggantimu merupakan buah karya Teguh sendiri. Aransemennya pun telah rampung sejak 4 tahun yang lalu. Dan lagu ini sebenarnya ia persiapkan untuk penyanyi lain. Single ini terinspirasi dari pengalaman pribadi Teguh sendiri. Saat itu, Teguh merasa rindu akan sosok wanita yang pernah dekat dengannya.

Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, memang banyak wanita-wanita lain yang dekat dengannya. Namun tetap saja, mereka seakan tak dapat menggantikan sosok wanita yang benar-benar dicintai oleh Teguh tersebut.

”Konsepnya sangat sederhana. Namun menurut saya mewakili gambaran isi lagunya dimana disitu ada naik turunnya,” papar Teguh.

Teguh sepakat memilih konsep solonya ini dengan genre pop rock romantic. Dimana nuansa pop dan sentuhan rock memang kental terasa. Kini keinginan untuk membuat proyek solo yang telah dipendamnya sejak lama akhirnya memang terwujud.

”Yang saya mau tawarkan di proyek solo ini yang jelas lagunya memang berbeda dengan lagu-lagu yang saya bikin di Vagetoz. Saya ngerasa lagu ini cocok dinyanyikan secara solo. Dan mudah-mudahan lagu ini bisa dicerna dan bisa mewakili perasaan teman-teman pecinta musik Indonesia,” harapnya.

"You Shook Me All Night Long" is one of AC/DC's signature songs from their most successful album, Back in Black.
The song also reappeared on their later album Who Made Who.
It is one of the band's top 40 singles in the United States of America, reaching number 35 on the USA's Hot 100 pop singles chart in 1980.
The single was re-released internationally in 1986 following the release of the album Who Made Who.

"You Shook Me All Night Long" placed at No. 10 on VH1's list of "The 100 Greatest Songs of the 80s".
It was also No. 1 on VH1's "Top Ten AC/DC Songs".
In the song, the lead singer Brian Johnson relates the story of a night with a beautiful woman.
Guitar World placed "You Shook Me All Night Long" number 80 on their "100 Greatest Guitar Solos" list.
The song has also become a staple of AC/DC concerts, almost never being excluded from the setlist, and it has also been considered their signature song, competing with "Back in Black" and "Highway to Hell" for the title.
There are four live versions of this song that have been officially released.
The first one on the 1986 maxi-single "You Shook Me All Night Long", the second one from the band's album Live, the third one is on the soundtrack to the Howard Stern movie Private Parts and the AC/DC box set Backtracks, and the fourth one is on the band's newest live album, Live at River Plate.
The re-released single in 1986 contains the B-side(s): B1. "She's Got Balls" (Live, Bondi Lifesaver '77); B2. "You Shook Me All Night Long" (Live '83 -- 12-inch maxi-single only).

Big & Rich version

American country music duo Big & Rich covered "You Shook Me All Night Long" for their 2007 album, Between Raising Hell and Amazing Grace.
This version is a country swing tune, leaning more towards hardcore honky tonk than the hard rock origins of AC/DC's original version. Big & Rich's version peaked at number 59 on the Hot Country Songs chart despite not being released as a single.
The duo includes their version of the song in their live shows.

In popular culture

The song is played during the closing credits of the movie A Knight's Tale starring Heath Ledger.
The song is also played over the previouslies of the season four premiere of Supernatural.
The song is heard in the first season finale of New Girl.
This song is used in True Blood Season 1 episode "Cold Ground" as Jason's ringtone.
When AC/DC was inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame by Steven Tyler of Aerosmith they performed this song with Tyler.
Celine Dion and Anastacia performed a live duet of the song at the 2002 VH1 Divas concert.
This song is used as part of a finale number for the Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue at Universal Studios Florida.
The song was released as a single by the band Slingshot featuring singer Kathy Kosins in 1983 and distributed in the United States and Italy.
